Once there was a girl,

With a mind so boundless,

So fearless.

She dreamt about dreams

So far-fetched,

They seemed.

Then, nothing they said

Could've changed

The mind she made

Yet now this girl,

She lays awake,

Each night a longing

For the life she's dreamed.
